*takes a deep breath*
HERE WE GO AGAIN! Round 2 of Nauvoo!
Let me just describe one moment from yesterday:
I was sitting in a van, surrounded by sisters, driving on a windy road with a view of the beautiful Mississippi river. Everyone was talking, sharing stories and experiences from their outbound assignments. I was trying to get a glimpse of old Nauvoo through the trees. And then I saw it. The top of the Nauvoo temple. My heart skipped a beat and I immediately smiled.
I'm home.
I will forever miss the fort collins Colorado mission, I feel honored to have served there. And of course I'll visit! I love the people there too much not to.
But now, I'm back where I'm meant to be for the next 6 months. Among the saints. Telling their stories. Testifying of Christ's love for people of all cultures and time periods.
